Miyagi, 14 June – The stage is set for an electrifying conclusion to the 2024 Formula Hololive Japan Qualifiers with the highly anticipated SUGO GP. As the final race of the qualifiers, drivers will be sure to go all out for their spots in the inaugural 2024 Formula Hololive Japan Tsuyo Cup.
Domaschnev's strategic pit stop in last month's Mie SP @ Suzuka secured him back-to-back wins, mathematically winning the Split A championship and guaranteeing his spot in the 2024 Formula Hololive Japan Tsuyo Cup. Ricci followed in second, now with 506 points, also securing a Tsuyo Cup spot.
Ri Liu's consistent performance earned him third place, while Nakiri Ayame representative Hoshizono Ryo continued to impress with a fourth-place finish in only his second race. Fabio Mendes's fifth-place finish moved him into the top 10 in Split A standings.
Other notable performances included Tyler Williams (Amane Kanata), whose eighth place helped him overtake Alticer Antanarau (Nekomata Okayu), who finished 14th. Krzysztof Salmonman (AZKi) managed a ninth-place finish, but he remains 106 points below the cutline (below Richie Rodd who is at 206 points) with one race to go.

For the first time since last year's Tokachi SP Split B race, Shaqif Redza claimed victory, equalling his brother's record for most FHolo Japan wins and jumping to sixth in the standings. Ed Skye's strategic pit stop paid off with a second-place finish, marking his first FHolo podium. Deuxieme continued his strong form with a third-place finish.
Kizuhara Leo and Seo Byeong-Eun finished fourth and fifth respectively, while Barguer kept his Tsuyo Cup aspirations alive with a sixth-place finish.

In a significant development, Fabio Mendes has expressed losing interest in continuing in the series but was urged to remain racing due to the lack of replacements found. Additionally, Shazren Redza will make the SUGO GP his last FHolo race for Himemori Luna before he switches to the Koseki Bijou #14 in the 2024-25 Formula Hololive International season. Farah Bashirah will make her debut for Himemori Luna at the Tokachi SP in early July.
As the final race of the qualifiers, the SUGO GP is shaping up to be a thrilling conclusion to the 2024 Formula Hololive Japan Qualifiers.
