Fuji, Japan, February 15, 2025 – In a bold move marking the next chapter of Hololive-themed motorsport, the Adak-RMS Organization have announced the debut of HoloType, a cutting-edge prototype racing series that will replace the long-running Hololive GT3 series after the 2024–25 season. HoloType embraces the future by featuring LMP2-spec prototypes in sprint style races and is inspired by endurance legends such as the Le Mans 24 Hours and the IMSA WeatherTech Championship. This strategic transition comes as support shifts toward contemporary idol aesthetics—the Bright Idol and Color Rise outfits—while the once-popular Origin Idol Outfits of 2020 have gradually declined in favor.

HoloType is set to captivate fans with its innovative format, combining thrilling qualifying rounds and high-stakes Tsuyo/Zako races across the World, Japan, and International series. The season will open with the highly anticipated "Color Rise Harmony 500 @ Fuji" – three races over 5-hours at the iconic Fuji Speedway that promises high-octane action and serves as the launchpad for the ARO Hololive Month of Racing, a four-week festival celebrating the spirit of virtual racing and idol culture.

This inaugural event will not only showcase the technological prowess and endurance of prototype racing but will also feature the dazzling new visual identity of Hololive, as cars sport liveries inspired by the vibrant Color Rise Idol outfits.
