Monza, 24 June — The 2026 Formula Hololive International Qualifiers concluded in spectacular fashion on Sunday as the Monza GP settled both the championship battle and the final lineup for the World Tsuyo Cup. The season finale produced major swings throughout the standings as several title contenders faltered while others seized the opportunity.
Alex Grant, representing Cecilia Immergreen in the No. 34 delivered the performance of his Formula Hololive career to take victory at Monza. Entering the weekend on the edge of the provisional qualification positions, Grant converted pole position pace into a flawless race win and vaulted himself from 12th to sixth in the final championship standings, in doing so gave Cecilia her first win in ARO competitions, and his first win in ARO competitions since July 2022.
Ayrin, representing Hakos Baelz in the No. 85 finished second and secured enough points to top the standings in 2026 Formula Hololive International Qualifiers. Having entered the weekend fifth in the standings, Ayrin capitalized on misfortune for several rivals and completed an impressive comeback claim the top spot, finishing the season with 362 points.
Takeda Adachi, representing Ninomae Ina'nis in the No. 17 meanwhile completed the podium in third place and came within twelve points of the championship. Adachi's victory at Laguna Seca and podium finish at Monza nearly erased the deficit created by a scoreless opening round at Fuji.
Tawan Bhumin, representing Fuwawa Abyssgard in the No. 25 crossed the line fourth, while IRyStocrat Sven Jensen in the No. 86 produced his strongest performance of the season in fifth. Anya Melfissa driver Angela Sims finished sixth and secured a remarkable rise into the World Tsuyo Cup qualification positions after beginning the season with only a single point at Fuji.
Further down the order, Haziq Yazid, representing Shiori Novella recovered to seventh place and narrowly missed the championship by just seven points, and Pavolia Reine driver Ryan Kagawa finished eighth and secured the final guaranteed World Tsuyo Cup berth.
One of the biggest stories of the race was the collapse of several favorites. Mohd Shazren Redza, representing Koseki Bijou in the No. 14 arrived at Monza as the championship leader after consecutive 3rd place finishes at Fuji and Laguna Seca, but was involved in an accident early in the race. Despite retaining fourth in the standings, the missed opportunity cost him both the title and a top-three finish. Similar disappointment struck Grave Prower, representing Mococo Abyssgard, Evelyn Kuromi, Tyler Williams, and more importantly last season's runner up Joshua Azurid, representing Mori Calliope in the No. 4, all of whom left Monza empty-handed.
Joddy Pranata, representing Hoshinova Moona in the No. 69 finished in 13th but comfortably secured a World Tsuyo Cup place thanks to his consistent campaign. Hinochi Taiyo was classified 14th, while Mathias Zacarias, representing Raora Panthera in the No. 60 in Raora's faux home race became the final points finisher after retiring late in the race.
The final championship standings confirmed the twelve drivers advancing to the 2026 World Tsuyo Cup: Ayrin, Yazid, Adachi, Redza, Bhumin, Grant, Prower, Sims, Pranata, Kuromi, Jensen, and Kagawa. Among the notable casualties which also make up the Zako Cup contingent from the INT field were Williams, Miyuki, Muazif, Ferrari, and Taiyo, all of whom fell short of qualification despite flashes of speed throughout the season, with notable drivers on the outside looking in including Azurid, and last season's Formula Hololive International champion Javier Lusby who only accrued 22 points in three races.
With Monza having its race settled, Formula Hololive will take a two month hiatus before the World Tsuyo/Zako Cup opener in Sepang this August, where the drivers will take time to rest and reset before the next phase.
