First Bests All

Towcester, 4 May, 2025 - Firsts have crossed each other's paths to grant Star Garden's ace Miyabi Hanasaki the win in the site of Formula One's first ever race in 1950. This was accomplished with a lunge against polesitter and close friend Temma Kishido of Sun-Mafia on the 6th lap of the ordained 10. The move was made by Hanasaki going around the inside of Vale, maintaining his position over Kishido. Kishido's line was then compromised going into Club which allowed the Star Garden ace to take over the lead until the chequered flag waved to signal the race's end.
This race saw the lowest finish yet for the two points leading contenders, Tempus Motorsport's Altare Regis and Miyabi's teammate Izuru Kanade. The former had to settle for 12th as he fell off from 10th in the late stages of the race against Uproar STC's Uyu Utsugi and the latter who finished 10th, 2 places ahead of Altare. This race also sees Armis' first podium being secured by the resident sharpshooter Goldbullet in his #27, scoring 3rd behind the Hanasaki-Kishido duel. Ultimately, Goldbullet's podium helped Armis Racing barely edge out Team Uproar STC in the standings by a solitary point. Further up the standings, the gap between Tempus Motorsport and close challengers Star Garden and Sun-Mafia has decreased following Temma's back to back 2nd places and Miyabi's win, compounded with Altare's dismal showing in Silverstone.

In the Driver's side of things, Altare maintains his reign for now but Izuru is looming ever closer to taking over. The Star Garden driver is now only 7 points behind the Tempus leader, which is a fact to watch out for going into the double header at Spa-Francorchamps and Circuit TT Assen. Temma maintains 3rd with 84 points and Miyabi is now up to 4th with 64 following his Silverstone win. Rounding out the Top 5 is Astel Leda from Sun-Mafia, 8 ahead of the defending champion Shinri Josuiji who is having a better defense these past rounds.
