Regis' Beach Blitz

Miami, FL, February 22
The boys come ahead of the girls in Miami International Autodrome to do battle. And quite a battle it was, as there was incidents all throughout the 11-lap race, headed once again by Tempus Motorsport leader Altare Regis, who starts on pole. Star Garden's Rikka lost control of his #7 machine mere meters into the first lap. Armis Racing Team's Ruze Crimson also made the same mistake Rikka did: clipping the wall exiting turn 9 which caused his #29 machine to spin which caused a major traffic jam that eventually resolved itself as Assetto technicalities took over. Another series of incidents in the same place happened, involving 3 cars of the Sun-Mafia coalition. Both Astel Leda's #8 and Roberu Yukoku's #10 machines spun off after crashing into the wall and Shien Kaegyama and his #12 machine collected the Holostar 2nd gen while trying to recover from his mistake. Astel meanwhile got off lightly, with the only expense being that he got passed by Flayon X Machina in his #23.
Armis have woken up from their slumber, seeing good finishes from Octavio in the #28 and Goldbullet in his #27 to a lesser extent. The same thankfully can be said of Team Uproar STC as Uyu Utsugi scores a 4th with his #15 machine and Fuma Yatogami scores 7th in the #14 machine. Defending champion Shinri Josuiji scores a podium to finally mount his title defense. Armis' only scorer last time out, Jurard T Rexford, made a late surge to finish better than last time, in 5th with the #26 machine sporting a perfect mix of grim black and royal maroon topped with gold trim.
The biggest winner today under the sweltering Miami sun was Tempus Motorsport's soft spoken but driven leader Altare Regis, his grey and blue #19 machine cruising into a lights-to-flag finish topped off with a fastest lap . Star Garden's Izuru Kanade mounted a challenge in his #4, but slipped back to a definite 2nd place finish. The boys and their Porsche Cup machines are set to make their journey to the Circuit de Barcelona for Rd3 of Stars Touring Car Championship.
